If you are a photographer, video production company, or creator of any other form of media, please fill out this form for a chance to share your magic and help capture that of our community at Beauty in the Backyard!
MEDIA TEAM:
(Multi Media, Photo, Video, Drone/Aerial, Content Creation, reels, GIFs, time-lapses, Vlogging)
For capturing magic in the form of photos at Beauty in the Backyard, you will receive one full experience pass for Beauty in the Backyard, and access to volunteer/staff areas, bathrooms, parking and camping.
If your application is approved, we will ask for a refundable deposit before the gathering (this is the same price as a full experience pass, in the form of a hidden volunteer ticket). If your application is approved, you will make a "Media Deposit” and receive further instructions.
In exchange, we ask that you provide one of the following: 50+ edited/ quality photos, 10+ minutes of edited/quality video footage, an article 2+ pages, or vlog post after the event.
After successfully submitting your media content, you will be refunded your deposit ticket within 1-2 weeks after the event.
